Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to access your payslips and direct deposit information in Workday. It adds a second layer of security to protect sensitive information from identity theft. First enter your UW NetID and password, then use 2FA to prove it’s really you. Managers and employees with human resources, benefits and payroll roles will be prompted to use 2FA at their initial sign-in. Then they use 2FA again to access personal payslips and other sensitive information.
