Get ready to use the UW’s new HR/Payroll system – Workday – which launches in June, with most of the trainings beginning in May. HR administrators and major users of the system will need 8 to 10 hours of class time; other faculty, staff and student workers can take computer-based training or follow online user guides to navigate the system. The easy-to-use software will help meet the growing needs of our world-class research institution and respond to changing compliance requirements.  The first paycheck in the new system comes out in July.
