ExpressVPN uses anonymous analytics to improve its services. When you set up the ExpressVPN app, your app will ask for permission to collect analytics. No analytics are collected without your permission. The ExpressVPN Privacy Policy outlines how data is collected and processed.

Click on the Advanced tab
To enable or disable analytics, check or uncheck the box under Help improve ExpressVPN.

To view whether the ExpressVPN Linux app is sending analytics, enter: expressvpn preferences
If send_diagnostics is true, you can disable sending analytics by entering: expressvpn preferences set send_diagnostics false
If send_diagnostics is false, you can enable sending analytics by entering: expressvpn preferences set send_diagnostics true

On the router dashboard, go to VPN > VPN Options
To enable or disable analytics, check or uncheck the box under Diagnostic data (for the ExpressVPN DD-WRT router app) or Help improve ExpressVPN (for the ExpressVPN OpenWRT router app).
