This tutorial will show you how to set up the ExpressVPN app on your Amazon Fire TV Stick and Fire TV.
Fire TV owners may also set up the ExpressVPN app on their TV by sideloading.
Note: If you want your Amazon Fire TV streaming media player to stream content from a specific country, then set the same country for your VPN server address and Amazon Country Settings.

Recommended: Download and set up Mouse Toggle
Mouse Toggle is a third party virtual mouse not associated with ExpressVPN. It offers users a much easier way to navigate and operate their Fire TV or Fire TV Stick.
Before proceeding further, you are recommended to download and set up Mouse Toggle on your device.

Download the ExpressVPN app for Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
In Downloader, go to Settings and check the box next to Enable JavaScript.

Go to the Home tab and input the following URL: http://expressvpn.com/latest/android. This is a shortened URL to the location where you’ll download the ExpressVPN apk. Click Go.

The apk will be downloaded automatically.

Set up the ExpressVPN app for Fire TV Stick and Fire TV
When the download is complete, you will be asked if you want to install the ExpressVPN app. Click INSTALL.

When the app has finished installing, select OPEN.

Activate the ExpressVPN app
Note: Because this APK file is usually meant for Android phones and tablets, the app may appear distorted on your TV screen.
Use your mouse to click Log In.

Click the Email text field with your mouse and use the Amazon Fire TV remote to enter the email associated with your ExpressVPN account.

Enter your ExpressVPN password.
Click Log In with the mouse.
The app will activate.
Next, you’ll need to configure the app. Select OK, followed by OK.
Your app will ask if you’d like to share anonymous information to help make ExpressVPN faster and more reliable. Click Allow if you’d like to share anonymous analytics.

Connect to a VPN server location
To connect to a VPN server location, tap the ON button. By default, ExpressVPN will suggest a Smart Location, the location that will  provide you with the most optimal experience.

Once you see the VPN is ON message, you can begin surfing with freedom and security!

Disconnect from a VPN server location
To disconnect from the VPN server, tap the ON Button while the VPN is on.

You will know you are disconnected when you see the “VPN is OFF” message.

Choose a different location
To choose a different location, click Choose location and select a VPN location from the list.

How to uninstall ExpressVPN from your Amazon Fire TV
Return to ES File Explorer File Manager and open the ExpressVPN app.

In the pop-up, choose Uninstall.

Another pop-up will appear asking you to confirm if you want to uninstall the app. Choose OK.

The app is now deleted from your Amazon Fire TV.
