This troubleshooting guide is for users who see an error when trying to purchase ExpressVPN using BitPay via Tor or an incompatible wallet.
To make a payment:

Initiate a payment to get a BitPay invoice URL (e.g. https://bitpay.com/invoice?utf8=%X%X%X&id=<invoiceID>)
Identify the invoice ID (appears after “&id=“)
Paste the invoice ID at the end of this URL: https://bitpay.com/invoice-noscript?id=
Pay the exact amount of the invoice manually (in one transaction) with any wallet. You can do this by copying and pasting the address and amount
